You know, I don’t think I’ve ever met a celebrity before. My dad has met a few and one of my cousins swears up and down that he saw Fran Drescher at a McDonalds during one of his business trips and she winked at him.
It’s probably best if I don’t because I have a tendency to make a huge ass out of myself when I’m nervous.

So what kinds of music did you guys grow up listening to before your parents let you have your own radio (or occasional control of theirs)?
I grew up on typical 70’s and 80’s pop/rock and a lot of Southern rock. I didn’t get into any then-modern music like The Backstreet Boys and Spice Girls until I was nine.
Wait, does Kate Beaton not like parodies of her comics period, or does she just not like it when people make parodies/post her comics without crediting her?
If it’s the former, then that’s unfortunate (though understandable, I guess), since I actually really like some of the parodies I’ve seen.
